All of this comes together splendidly in the three-day residential cookery courses Claire hostswithin her home at Kinloch on the Isle of Skye.

Claire's tuition style, peppered with a wealth of entertaining anecdotes and time-saving tips, is relaxed and informal yet informative and hugely empowering too. Tuition sessions are balanced with time aplenty to relax in Kinloch's magical setting or explore Skye's wildly romantic beauty. Naturally, the experience includes all the pampering and discreet luxury of this most remarkable of highland hideaways, characterised by its warmth of welcome and beautifully appointed guest-rooms.

Prices range from £450 - £630 per person, dependent on the room and time of year. Prices include,
two full mornings of hands-on prep with Marcello, dinner, breakfast and a lightly lunch each day
Bespoke Private Cookery Demonstrations
Claire also offers bespoke private cookery demonstrations for anyone, from 1 person to 20 people.
These can be tailored to specific needs and are charged at £750 for half day.
